Dean is a Designer and Art Director who works across Film, Television, Exhibition Design and Live Performance.
Recent projects include Production Design on Short “Moon Under Water” with Director Duo The Grandmas & Art Direction for the Latest Series of Brassic for Sky and Andrea Hughes.
Dean was with the TV show Peaky Blinders from seasons 3 through 6, at first as an assistant art director and later finishing as supervising Art Director. His hard work and dedication allowed him to progress within the show and contribute to its success, gaining invaluable experience and honing his skills as an Art Director. along with the rest of the Art Department and Designer Nicole Northridge, Peaky Blinders 6 recently received an Art Directors Guild award nomination.
Deans feature film Credits include action thriller Hunter Killer 2018 - for Designer Jon Henson starring Gerrard Butler & Drama Biopic The Mercy 2018 starring Colin Firth.
While he takes great pride in his screen work, Dean relishes the opportunity to work in Live mediums & has Collaborated with Designer Chiara Stephenson on BJORK / CORNUCOPIA / THE SHED / NYC 2019 and With Stage designer Morgan Large for a Spanish tour of The Last Horseman.
Ultimately, Dean is passionate about creating memorable and impactful Environments that transport an audience into Story.
